To continue with our theme of losing weight, today I have a giveaway for Progresso Soup. Progresso comes in 40 flavors, each containing 100 calories or less per serving. Soup and salad is one of my favorite quick meals in the winter and I like the Progresso line because they offer up many different varieties. I have a very picky family and this way everyone gets the soup they like.
Now through March 16, you can visit Progresso on Facebook and enter to win a full makeover in NYC when you tell them about "Souper You".
Today I have one "Souper You" gift pack for one lucky reader. It contains a coupon for free Progresso soup, a yoga mat, aerobic bands, a headband and two wristbands, and a water bottle.
