I've mentioned many times in the past that I'm trying to lose weight. It is extremely slow going but at least the scales are not going up. One thing I struggle with though is getting exercise and all of the good foods I need each day.
Yopliat has recently made that just a bit easier though as they yogurt now contains twice the amount of calcium as the leading yogurt. It also has 50% of your daily value of Vitamin D in one cup. My family loves to snack on yogurt and now I know I'm getting in more of my daily calcium requirements with each cup.
I have a prize pack for one reader thanks to Yopliat and MyBlogSpark. It includes a coupon for free yogurt, a duffle bag, speed rope, water bottle, and sport towel.
To win, tell me how you add calcium to your diet each day. This giveaway is open until Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 8 pm CST. The winner will have 48 hours to respond.
For extra entries subscribe to my main blog, Living Life With Less or Tweet about this giveaway and leave your tweet in the comment.
Disclaimer: MyBlogSpark and Yoplait provided me with an identical prize pack - no other compensation occurred.

I have yogurt every morning for breakfast. Not always my first choice but it is very easy and tasty with two boys to feed also. I also take a multivitamin.
ReplyDeleteI also follow your blog through Google Reader. Question, If I sign in using my Google account, do I also need to post my email address in my comment for you to reach me if I win?
ReplyDeleteThanks!!!
Calcium in the diet, not as difficult as one might think! Of course, yougurt and milk products such as cheese to snack on or make sandwiches with. I prefer frozen yogurt as a snack, and will freeze my own to include in making fresh fruit smoothies, yogurt shakes etc. Other ways I get added calcium is by eating almonds....as snacks midmorning, added to my lunch salad (for added variety and crunch), or ground and included in morning cereal. Love yogurt, and try to eat it every day, so freezing it is even better!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this giveaway.
